There are no studies that clearly show the cause of this mood disorder, but it may be related to depression and anxiety.
Treatments for this group of mood disorders include changing living and eating habits. Exercise regularly , go to bed early and on time. Limit alcohol, caffeine ,…, increase healthy, fresh foods. Increasing foods high in vitamin B6 and magnesium may also be helpful. If the condition is severe, your doctor may recommend treatment with antidepressants all the time or right between ovulation and menstruation.
